Result

Developed documents for launching an online platform (rules for providing microloans, draft microloan agreement, collateral agreement) for issuing microloans online, documents on AML/CFT, other internal documents. In the course of work on the project, lawyers of the legal company “Green Legal” also developed and checked contracts, advised on advertising and collection of bad debts.
