Entry into the Hi-Tech Park in Belarus (HTP)

The HTP is a convenient legal “platform” for IT business with a set of preferences. For example, tax and regulatory benefits, simplified currency regime, opportunities for hiring foreign specialists, etc.

Advantages of joining the HTP:

• tax benefits;
• simplification of reporting and document flow;
• simplification of migration requirements and visa issues;
• conducting crypto business.

The procedure for joining the HTP consists of several stages:

1. analysis of the type of activity
2. development of a business project
3. preparation of a package of documents and their submission for review
4. obtaining a certificate of registration as an HTP resident
5. conclusion of an agreement on the terms of activity

Who can become a resident?

Any company can become an HTP resident if it:

• is registered in Belarus
• its main type of activity is one of those specified in the legislation (software development, testing, game development, IT consulting, etc.).
